| The King Shilahara build the fort and named as Aswalgad.

| Fourth Bahamani King Mahammahadshaha won the fort in battle and was called during his times as Fort of Parali.

| Then Adilshaha won the same and named as Navarsatara. Fazalkhan Son of Afzalkhan stayed here as manager (Killedar) of the fort.
